This page was created to share my family tree information, and to try and gain more information on my family. I am especially in need of information on the NEESOM, GUNNING, STENHOUSE, DAVIES, GERRARD, LUNT, HAMILTON, HILL, PERKES & MATHER surnames. I also have some links to other great websites that offer many hints, ideas on research, creating your own family tree and lots more!

here! I also have a copy of a passenger list from when My Mother and her family came to Canada in 1953.
As of Feb; 2008, I have 1814 names in my database, 785 entries. 20 Generations total, 348 surnames and 455 marriages.12 Generations of Gunnings (14 if you count myself and my kids) back to 1569, more when we go back to 1437. This is based on John Goulstone's booklet “The Gunnings of Cold Ashton in Gloucestershire, England” I have a cousin here in Canada, who has passed 250,000 individuals in his data base. With his wife they are now an established genealogy team on PEI. (Prince Edward Island) He now has four computers doing his genealogy work. Most of his information is on his Dad's side of the family: Llewellyn and his wife's side: Gray. (Our Mother's were sisters) They travel there every summer and take photos of cemetery headstones, as well as search for information. I guess I have a long way to go to catch up with him!

If you can help add to any of these tree's, I would greatly appreciate it.The Neesom family lived at 107 Darncome St. in Moss Side Manchester. Catherine Gunning grew up in Mold, North Wales. She was living at 65 Walnut st, Hightown at the time she married Charles Neesom. They lived at 4 Smeaton St.,Cheetham; and then at 9 Wythburn Ave, Cheetham, Manchester North Central.
