The below listed guarantees are the only ones TexasDelites Rat Terriers backs and recognizes. We guarantee the animal to the initial buyer only. If animal ownership changes this contract and all guarantees are null and void. A veterinarian must check animal within 48 hours to enact this contract and a copy of report faxed to TexasDelites Rat Terriers.

I _______________________________________, hereby known as the buyer, am fully aware of the time, dedication, cost & possible problems that could occur by owing an animal. The buyer is aware that this is a living, breathing & feeling animal that deserves love, attention, consideration & a financial commitment.

The buyer is fully aware of this animal being sold on a 48-hour health guarantee for life threatening diseases excluding parvo, giardia, camphylobacteria and coccidiosis. The buyer is aware that the 4 listed are highly contagious and could be contracted within seconds of obtaining the animal.

The buyer is also fully aware that all care, training, registration and medical cost of below described animal are their full responsibility.

The buyer is fully aware that TexasDelites Rat Terriers, hereby known as the seller, does not guarantee the color/pattern, weight, temperament, breeding capability, quality, health beyond 48 hours or the genetics of below said animal. The buyer is fully aware also that the seller is not responsible for shipping fees, return cost, or vet/medical expenses of said animal or mental stress of buyer.

The seller strongly advises buyer to take said animal to a licensed veterinary within 48 hours of receiving it for a complete check-up. Should anything be found wrong with the animal the buyer has 24 hours beyond the 48-hour guarantee in which to FAX the veterinary report from the veterinarian to seller in order to receive a replacement. The buyer agrees to return the animal within 24 hours of veterinarian exam complete with proper paperwork returning the ownership to seller and veterinarian report clearly describing diagnosis in order to qualify for a replacement animal. Absolutely no refunds are given and replacements are given on an ”as available” basis for animal of like species, breed, sex, age and price. The buyer agrees to pay the difference in price should buyer deem to pick an animal of greater value.

The buyer furthermore agrees to have this animal registered, micro chipped and MC number reported to seller, properly socialized, properly obedience trained, properly housed, wormed on a regular basis, heartworm preventative given and the remainder of shots given in a timely manner and any medical services that the animal might need at buyers expense.

The buyer agrees to return the animal anytime during it’s lifetime at buyers expense without compensation to seller in the unforeseen event that they can no longer keep it. The buyer is aware that this animal is for NO REASON during its lifetime to be euthanized, placed in a shelter or rescue, sold, bred, traded or given away without the consent of seller.

Buyer is fully aware and agrees to a $25.00 return check or credit/debit card per refusal fee if either are the method of payment.

Buyer is fully aware and agrees to the return of animal and it’s paperwork within 24 hours, at buyer expense, in case of check return or credit/debit refusal.

The above guarantees and policies are the only ones TexasDelites Rat Terriers has and recognizes. No other warranties, policies, guarantees or contracts, verbal or otherwise, will be recognized.
