A lighthouse beacon sending rays out in the night,
Guiding some lost soul to safety from fright.
She had been sought in the darkest of hours,
Longing for safety from waves that towered.

A lost soul has found his peace at home,
Sheltered safe in her bay, free to roam.
The venture was long and a lesson was learned,
In exploring the wiles, at some point he turned .

The love he harbored deep in his heart,
Goes back to that lighthouse from the very start.
He sought her in darkness, in his lonely hours,
She guided him home as her love, there towered.

The journey he ended, as true love he found,
Realizing what was anchored, in love, so sound.
His days were long away from her care,
Now wrapped in love, forever to share.
