Just One More Day

We live in such of an uncertain time,
We wonder what our new dawning will find.
Will the stocks break our day,
Or some catastrophe be on the way?

Will a phone call interrupt our thinking,
Causing us to feel like we are sinking?
Will a new pain in our body, we find,
Making our struggle through the day a grind?

One thing is certain, that each new day,
Beholds it's problems causing dismay.
We must learn to deal with all the stress of our time,
Or it will take our lives, yours and mine.

Remember yesterday existed before us,
As surely as the morrows will, we trust.
Take one day at a time and you will see,
How to make it through just one more day.
