The Man Who Loved
There was a man...so tender and loving....For all things that gave beauty to his life, he nurtured with much care. Each morning he got up early to cultivate the two rose bushes that hugged up against his railing outside his big door.
He would gently take the tender leaves into his palm...as if to caress each one...taking his pruning tool...he gently cut in the precise spot to allow for a new rose to begin. He would smile so widely as each gave of themselves so willingly, flowering the most spectacular roses that anyone could have imagined.
He would get on his knees and loosen the soil that bathed there roots .. allowing for freedom of growth. It was as if the rose bushes sensed his tender love and care as they looked so rich in foliage and bloom.
As it is with all things in life...We care and take the time for the things...the love we have in our lives, by doing so, it deepens with love, beyond our wildest dreams.
