When you cross the border, set your odometer to zero. Kachora's house is approximately 7-8 miles south. Turn left at the second light and right at the next intersection (you should be next to the park). Pass McDonald's, cross over the railroad tracks/bridge -- you'll see a stadium on your left. Continue south on MEX 3 (Carretera Tecate-Ensenada, non-toll). At about 7.0 miles you should see a small sign on the right "EL HINDU" this is very close to the turn off to the Fire Dept on the left side of the road. Drive slowly at this point as it can be easy to miss.
If you have a problem, you can probably get someone to help guide you to Kachora's house either at the fire department or at the small grocery store across from the fire dept.
