NEWS UPDATE:

Salutation to all visitors of Template Facades, regular or otherwise.

After being operational since February 2002, I would like to take this time to thank everyone who has taken their time to visit my little site to request artwork or just to look at the pictures or to laugh at the geekiness of its webmaster. When I first started this site I didn't expect it to actually be so interactive with the community. I enjoy very much doing what I do for you guys and gals.

So it is with great regret and sorrow, I am announcing that I am no longer accepting further requests via this website, for personal reasons. However, I will be accepting requests via the Star Wars Artists' Guild Requests Forums from time to time.

If you still want me to pick up your request, post it at there then send me an email from SWAG to tell me that you'd prefer me to pick it up, although I can't guarantee I'll be able to pick it up. On the other hand, perhaps one of the other capable artists there might do a better job for you. They are not only artist of great talent, but they are all also my good friends.

Here is a list of characters requested from me and still haven't received the final artwork:

Brophy Stark
Carl Wean
Cyrus Aadedai
Dentew F'oloi
Honest & QQ-I8
Kaan Adahn
Kolo Drauka
Mojo
Theriakan Rellia
Tusserk

I will still finish the characters listed above, and email them to their respective requestors.

Thank you,

Hisham

STAR WARS ARTISTS' GUILD

Greetings from the Baron…..

Greetings Citizens!

If you are reading this it means you are a fan of Template Facades. Since I am also a fan of the great work my friend Hisham has been doing, that means we are going to get along just fine.

Many have asked recently about the status of SWAG. For those who don’t know, “SWAG” is the Star Wars Artists’ Guild, an organization born of the desire to bring together the SWRPG artist community and to make available high-quality artwork for mass consumption.

So where can you find this “SWAG”? Just click on http://swagonline.net/ to find out.

The longer answer however is more complicated. SWAG is everywhere. Wherever there is a kid in detention doodling a character sketch for a late Friday night SWRPG game, you will find SWAG. Whenever an artist is hunched over a nine hundred-dollar drawing table using five-dollar markers to produce work for the next SWRPG Sourcebook, SWAG is right there with him.

SWAG isn’t just the name of our organization. It’s also the nickname of our passion.

Hopefully, in a few weeks, it will be yours as well.

Bob Rodgers, Baron Administrator of SWAG, Art Director Star Wars Online Journal, Webmaster & Illustrator of Raptor Squad.

Artwork and stories of my own team which began all the way back in 1989. They've been inactive for years but it was fun while it lasted. Kicking the crap out of Imperial doofuses (or is is doofi).
Well, I don't accept requests from this site anymore, but there is an alternative called SWAG! But other communique are welcome!
Other resources for Star Wars (RPG and general) on the web... that I like to go to.
