I love to cook! The following menu is served in my kitchen!
Amado's Adobo Tried by Wade (My Daddy, Amado)
My daddy's adobo is the best I've ever tasted. He didn't write down a
recipe for it. He just told me what ingredients there are and how to do
it. I'm not yet satisfied with the countless ways I've prepared it.
Therefore, I'm still trying to master it, and when I do that, maybe I'll invite
you over to taste, Amado's Adobo.
Ono Shoyu Chicken (Jerry Cachola)
Like my Daddy's Adobo, this one is the ultimate shoyu chicken!
Cornish Game Hens (Shane Bolosan)
Ever heard of huli-huli chicken cooked indoors? Well, I describe this one
as the mainland or even "haole"* version. The skin, so
succulent it gently rips off. And the tender meat is ahhh, oh so moist!
Banana Split Cake (Lonnie Leek)
Pumpkin Dump Cake (Lonnie Leek)
Don't like pumpkin pie? This one is for you. I'm not an avid
eater of pumpkin pie, but when I tasted this one, ooh, brah, can I say 'broke da
mout'? If you do like pumpkin pie, I tell you this one you goin' like even
bettah!
Yoshida Chicken (Chris Yoshida)
Like to play 'ukulele, electric bass guitar, and guitar

The word 'haole' in the hawaiian language translates to 'foreigner'.
