The real deal |
Ingredient's : 2 lb's round steak 2 or more dried red chili pepper's whole garlic 3 1/2 tbsps flour 2 cups warm water |
Remove all seed's from chili pepper's,soak the pod's in warm water till they are soft then scrape off the pulp,save the pulp and the water. |
cut about 2 lb's of round steak into small piece's,brown well in a hot frying pan with dripping's or fat.add 3 1/2 tbsps flour,a single button of garlic,gashed several times and the chili pulp and water.Simmer the meat,covered,until it's tender,replenish the water as it cook's away,season to taste while cooking.it should be ready in about 2 hour's |
