Truth Hiders and Hoarders

"N., what percentage of those charismatic church leaders, whose livelihood is dependent upon teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, do you reckon has a college education?"

Can't say for sure - don't know for sure, 'cause to my knowledge no national poll has been taken on the question. Since, however, I earned a B.S. Degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech, which campus is situated on a high plateau in the high mountains of southwestern Virginia, I feel I'm entitled to an educated guess - a high tech, high tech guess - which guess is: at least 95% of these charismatic church leaders are college grads.

"OK, N., what percentage of those charismatic church goers, who supply all the tithes, offerings and gifts to those college grad leaders, do you reckon are themselves college grads?"

Oil well, (petroleum geologists don't use the expression "well") my high tech, high tech guess is that about 5% of all charismatic church goers, who supply the financing for the "Charismatic Chaos" (a new best seller book by John F. MacArthur, Jr., Zondervan Publishing House) movement in this country are college grads.

"Hey, hey, N., those are some pretty strong words you just used. Are you saying one has to be a college grad to go to heaven?"

NO, but I am saying if you were you would be more apt to discover that you are being carried-down-the-river by all these college grad charismatic church leaders. As a matter of fact, I'm suggesting you step out in faith and go way i beyond a modern day college education - require yourself to read, study and think a little. (to be continued)

Have a good week!
