This is how you profit and save money! At this time also does not charge any fees for listing on our website for up to four weeks. We provide listing services for owners with properties in Bangkok, Pattaya (Thailand) and in Singapore. At a later stage additional locations will be added. Our goal is to build an online community where tenants and owners of rental properties can meet and exchange information. Our services are open for expats looking to live in an expats community as well as students in a student community and local people living in the Pattaya community, Bangkok or Singapore community.

We encourage all participants to not only provide the basic information with regards to the properties but to also provide some relevant information about the neighborhood where the properties are located. This way the potential tenant will have a broader understanding of the total living experience should they rent the condo, single house or student apartment that the owner has listed. We also encourage our participants to make recommendations and suggestions on how we can make the visit to our site an even more informative experience. This site will continue to develop and more information will be added over time.

It is important that all information listed is accurate and correct. From time to time will contact the owner of a listed properties to verify that the unit is indeed still on the market. If a unit has been rented out to a tenant the owner should contact immediately and request that the condo, single house, or student apartments be removed from the database. will do its best to have all changes implemented within three working days.
