Vanda species and numerous hybrids. We
hope our blooming orchids enhance your
Thai cuisine ranges from mild
and subtly flavored dishes to hot and
fiery ones. The food is flavored with
many different herbs and spices-garlic,
lemon grass, galanga, ginger, basil
leaves, citrus hystrix and hot peppers.
Thai curry paste is prepared by blending
at least nine different ingredients.
