How to join :
Joining packs are now being sent to all those who have contacted the club and expressed an interest. If you need an application pack then just contact one of the Branch Officers listed below.
Full instructions will come with the pack. Some common questions raised are;
If I am PADi qualifies can I joined BSAC. The answer is yes and it is very easy, there is a cross over procedure to complete which one of the Training Officers will discuss with you.
Can I stay with my own local branch and also join this club. The answer is yes. You can stay with your own local branch and still be a member of this club. You will have to state which branch you want to pay the BSAC fee through.
Medicals. Do I have to see a Doctor ? The answer is no not necessarily, BSAC now run a self certificaion scheme. If you have no medical issues arising from the form then that is it. If you have an issue then you ring our registered BSAC Doctor, details will be given to in the pack.
Joining fees. How much will it cost you :
Thames Valley Police Dive Club Fee £30 (This is called the Branch Fee)
BSAC fee £40 (for new members)
If you are a BSAC instructor willing to help with training then you will only pay £20 Branch fee. The BSAC fee is also reduced to £35
