He has problem with dead tooth on upper right premolar and loosing his four anterior teeth and two left molars.He’s not happy with his look and has difficulty of chewing.
I give him right 3-unit bridge and left splint crown for fixed restoration.He still need removable partial denture in order to fill the anterior space and left posterior space.This is the final picture of his full mouth restoration.His case is fixed-removable combination restoration.
