(Says I'm Fat)

You take a break three times an hour just to take a smoke
Then tell me that I'm out of shape while you weeze and choke.
You're getting plastered every night
I drink a beer just once a week
Everyone thinks thin is good, but to me you're small and weak.

Push-ups, sit-ups run around and sing your little chants.
Worked real hard, did real good, didn't even give me a chance.
You let the regs replace your worthless mind.

Missing Springer after work, to you it is a sin.
I never watch that stupid show; I'm always at the gym.
Cabbage soup, low carbs, no fat, every fad diet.
How am I supposed to live trying to eat like that?

Top says that all my weight lifting is just wasting my time.
But when there's heavy things to move, I'm the the first one that you find.
I loved the Army, now I hate it.
I used to praise it, now I berate it.
Leaving here will be their loss not mine.
