| Rear Admiral Yuri Kerane's right-hand man, Captain Von August is a very dutiful soldier. It also appears that he is quite capable of taking sympathy from the Federation...even if it is to only get another chance to destroy it. Initially in command of the retreat from Odessa, Von August then requests a trio of Magella Attack Tanks to stall the pursuing 08th MS Team's advance. He also proves to be an excellent pilot; He and his boys, in simple tanks, manage to severly damage Terry Sanders' Gundam and inflict a moderate amount of damage to Shiro Amada's as well. It is unknown what mobile weapons he has piloted in the past, but he appears to know alot about the Magella, even risking (and succeeding) to accurately fire the Magella's railgun at close range while his turret was in mid-air. |
