Nitto Kagaku
This is the oldest, in my knowing, manufacturer of 1/100 scale kits: unfortunately at present this Japanese firm has changed its production: no more airliners, and you can find the exciting old box of a Nitto airliner only as a second hand kit; but somewhere... surprise!...

Entex
why to be a little bit sad
Nitto had a very interesting kit list in 1/100 scale: so many were the liveries offered by this Japanese firm:
many European and American air lines had their miniaturized planes.
For instance:
KLM, AIR FRANCE, PAN AM, LUFTHANSA, TWA, FINNAIR..
European modellers had a certain choice to build an airport scenary of their lands: a 727 B Lufthansa, for instance, is the right one in a small airport in H0 scale. Very realistic in your diorama is the boarding phase: people, cars and buses, in european style, can be found by some German firms.
But, luckily, even if in larger European airports, we can find so many oriental airliners (most B 747),
so we could perfectly justify a magnificent B 747 Japan Air Lines
This american firm during the seventies had a small production of the same kits, by Nitto, but with a different package, and first of all, an all american serie of liveries: the unforgotten B 707 TWA, for instance, with the "twin globe" markings, the B 747 TWA or UNITED AIR LINES, the L 1011 TRISTAR TWA.
At present, no more production, so we can say the same things as for Nitto items; if possible these ones are even rarer.
Doyusha
Good news: Doyusha is still a 1/100 scale producer: the kits are exactly the ones by Nitto. Not so wide is the availability of liveries: most  items have Japanese markings, but we can choose at least two European liveries: British and Lufthansa, while Finnair is very rare to find.
Here is a complete list of past and present productions by Nitto, Entex, Doyusha.
