About the Book:
Plot Summary: When Luke Garner received his fake ID which allowed him to live "normally" in a world that only allowed families to have two children, he knew that Lee Grant was a real person who had died in a skiing accident only the day before.  None of that really mattered.  Although Lee had real parents-rich, powerful Barons- they had wanted nothing to do with the imposter.  Smithfield ("Smits"), the real Lee'sl younger brother, is extremely curious to know the truth behind the web of lie surrounding his brother's death.  He spends some time at Hendricks School for Boys (where Luke lives), and after a fire, Luke and Smits both go "home" to then Grants' mansion.  There, Luke discovers that being Lee Grant is a loot more dangerous than it seems.
My comments:**  One of the most interesting elements that this book introduces it the conflict between the Barons and the regular class.  It seems as if the three children issue  is only one of many issues in the Government. There were many things that I didn't like about this book.  I felt that too little reintroduction was given to the series.  Although some very cool things happened, I thought they could have been played to better effect.  The thing that irked me the most, however, was that I ended the book with many questions about who was one which side.  Many characters are  presented with two conflicting faces in the novel, yet I wasn't entirely sure which side people are actually on- even after the story ended.  I also felt the ending was entirely too convenient.
