The November meeting was well attended with the highlight being a presentation by Ed Spencer, of vintage super-8mm film produced from footage taken from the 1950's of the Talyllyn Railway. Certainly a production of historic interest.

Grant Miles provided a comprehensive slide show from his visit to Southern Scotland and Northern England last summer. The slides depicted wonderful scenery, both inland and on the coast, together with attractive gardens cottages and houses. All pictures filled with much modelling inspiration.

Allan Mearns presented some historic slides depicting stations, signal boxes and other railway features in Southern amd Mid-Scotland.
   Last but not least,
David Foster gave us a report on his recent trip to Britain, including his attendance at Warley Model Railway Show held at the Convention Center adjacent to Birmingham Airport. David also descrobed some of the trials and tribulations of his rail travel.

Jack Breddy and Charles Grant were welcomed as visitors to the meeting.

Our December meeting will be held at the usual Elliot Street location on the 8th of the month. It has been tradition for members to bring modest amount of seasonal fare.  Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served as usual.
