I have a knack for injuring myself on a daily basis. A.D.D.+Clumsy=Ouch. It's a gift, really. |
Picture.... a girl. An iron. A dog. A hand. The dog barks, the girl turns her head. But she forgets to tell her arm to stop ironing. Then forgets to move her hand. Ahhh...yeah. Third degree burns. Nothing like your skin turning grey and falling off to brighten your day! |
How many times does one need to run into a door and crack her head, to remember that the door is there? I'll let you know when I figure that one out. |

One day I had 24 bruises just on my legs. |
My most common ways of being injured: --bumping into walls (gee, how long has THAT wall been there?) --being run over by large dogs --shutting doors on my fingers |
Did you know... that when you're cooking on the stove, the stove is HOT? I think I was absent the day this was taught in Kindergarten. |
I am 31 years old.I find it amazing that I haven't had my leg in a cast or spent time in the emergency room. (YET) |

New injuries will be added as they occur :) |
Lisa had a bleedy eye last November. It was so bleedy she had to go the doctor. The doctor said it would be okay. Lisa looked like the Terminator for about a week. It was cool. |
Lisa hit her head on the shed roof in April 2005. She hit it so hard her head split open. Later in the barn, she thought the ceiling was dripping rain water on her head but it was really blood. When she wiped the water from her head, her hand was all bloody and their was blood on her face. COOOOOOOL! |
Addendum: 9/4/06: Michelle broke her wrist in January. It is still broken. She still wears a brace and now has to go have an MRI. Good going MICHELLE. :-D |
