TERMS: The hourly rate of $30.00 will be prorated at $15.00 per half-hour with a minimum charge for any service call of $20.00. The hourly rate does not apply to tape duplication services. The hourly rate does not apply to travel time for supplies, though a $5 per trip fee will apply for gas and mileage. For distances exceeding a 15 mile radius of downtown Nashville, a travel surcharge will apply.  The travel rate is $0.485 per mile over 15 miles each way. The ontime guarantee applies to all appointments where tardiness exceeds 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, as well as any reservation cancelled by the GO-TO-GUY with less than 24 hours notice.
