Site Updates


February 14, 2009:
Video clips have now been added to all Namesake Skills pages.
We will continue adding clips as the video becomes available to us.


February 6, 2009:
New terms and definitions have been added to the Gym Terms pages.
Picture or video examples have also been provided for many terms.


February 5, 2009:
Video clips for Women's Vault have now been added.
The Source Links page has been updated with all Amazon listings
and a new glossary site.


February 12, 2007:
The site is undergoing some layout changes and link updates.


August 29, 2006:
The site, aside from minor edits, is now completed.
There are still no video clips on the Namesake Skills pages,
as we are unable to host them on this site.
However, all other pages and information is complete.


July 9, 2006:
Video clips have not been added, yet all skills presently known for
the Namesake Skills pages are now included for each apparatus.
Letters H-M, U and Y are now added for the Gym Terms index.


May 31, 2006:
The Namesake Skills pages have been updated, with new additions to all pages.


May 20, 2006:
Added letters F, G,  O, and V to the Gym Terms index.


May 18, 2006:
Work on the Gym Terms pages have started. Letters A-E are finished.


May 17, 2006:
Main page and index pages have been completed.
