Spider-Man (1967-1970)

The one that started it all, the classic 1960's Spider-Man series, notable for not only being the first animated representation of Spider-Man but for it's classic theme song by Paul Francis Webster, Bob Harris, Stu Phillips, and D. Kapross. Running for three years, the series first season featured J. Jonah Jameson and Betty Brant prominently, along with Spidey's bevy of supervillains. The latter two seasons focused less on the Daily Bugle cast and classic villains and more towards new villains. Classic 1970's underground animator Ralph Bakshi served as producer for the later seasons.

Spider-Man can currently be seen on the Canadian cable network Teletoon, a twenty-four hour cartoon channel, at nine p.m and again at one a.m every Friday through Monday.
