the plot: Cloak, Dagger, Spider-Man and Ghost Rider are drawn into Mephisto's realm in Hell to take him on and save the victims of a Neo-Nazi he was manipulating. The victims are saved, and Spidey and Ghost Rider are freed, but Cloak and Dagger wind up at some weird dinner party, just in time for their final issue. But Spidey isn't in it, so we don't care.
