the plot: Spider-Man saves the new Prowler from the Vulture, but not before he's seriously wounded. Vulture gets away but swears revenge, which he tries to get later during an attack by D.K (who has escaped from Ravencroft) in Central park. D.K is dying and he thanks Spidey for his help, but as he decomposes, the Vulture arrives, and is absorbed by D.K, who ages the Vulture back into an old man. Meanwhile Hobie Brown, the original Prowler, gets on his way to recovery.
