From the 1950s/60s is examples of the bridles of that era with throatlash and no noseband.Also on the left is the headcollars worn by Julips of that time.

1950s/60s Collar harness. The later harness was a little different,more easily recognisable on the collar of the harness as the later ones were more rounded.
Left shows a saddle from the 1970s and one from the 1950s era. On the right of course is the Julip side~saddle.

The Julip Western saddle.
I admit when I owned my first Julip western saddle I was quite surprised to find it was actually made of latex and not leather as I had assumed.Only the girth and stirrups and leathers are actually made of leather.
The western saddles were available in two colours of blue and red.
