Cock and Ball Torture

What is more important to a man than his cock and balls? Forget the sports car, the house, the wife, the job, the position in life -- you mess with his private parts, he's usually stricken to the heart. Cock and ball torture is to a large extent psychological -- you're just helping it along with some physical props.

So what is C&BT, exactly? Of course, it varies from person to person, but the term is generally used to refer to restricting the cock and balls and/or playing with them, either by causing pain or other sensations. Obviously, this isn't something you do with an unconsenting bottom -- if they don't want you to go there, then DON'T! But for many men, cock and ball torture (it should really be "cock and ball play") is a great turn-on.

First off, you should realize that both the cock and the balls are quite resilient and can take quite a lot of outward pain. There are two main activities to avoid, and the rest are pretty safe -- first, never squeeze the penis so hard you damage the erectile tissue, and never strike the balls so hard they are in danger of rupturing. Both these can be avoided by refraining from using sharp, hard hits on this area. You can hit with many flat objects and even whips, as long as you don't hit with, say, the edge of a wooden spoon.

But with that caution, the cock and balls can stand up (tee hee) to much more torture than you might think. Slapping, poking, stretching and flogging are all pretty much okay -- well, okay in the sense that they won't cause damage. As someone with more experience than me can attest, it still hurts like hell.

So let's start with some basics. First, as with any scene, find out what your bottom is looking for. Are they just after bondage? Sensation but not pain? Pain but not hitting? Anything goes? (use the checklist)

Once you've determined the level to which you can go, it's time to start getting creative. Following is a list of interesting toys and effects which you can use on the sacred wand and its two hangers-on.

COCK AND BALL BONDAGE:

Cock rings work well for making sure the balls don't retreat into the body once you start messing with them. You can get a large variety of cock rings, from rubber to leather snaps to varying sizes of metal rings. Some even have pokey bits going through them to add to the sensation. You can use 1/4" elastic, leather thong, or long bits of rubber to wrap up the cock and balls. Start by folding the material in half to find the middle point; wrap the middle point once tightly around the balls from underneath. Remember your goal is to make sure the balls can't retreat into the body. Don't loop it so tightly that you completely cut off circulation, however! Now wrap the material around several more times to secure it and tie it a few times. Now you have the option of bringing the cord between the balls in order to separate them and stretch the scrotum. You can keep wrapping the cord along the length of the cock until you want to tie it off.

WEIGHTS:

You can add a lead or other weight to the scrotum by tying a loop in the middle of the cord before you begin wrapping it around the ball sack. Put the weight on a sturdy cord and tie it to the loop once it's firmly tied around the scrotum. DON'T LET GO OF THE WEIGHT SUDDENLY! Lower it gently until the cord is taut and then carefully let go. Many men find the sensation of having their scrotum pulled to be very pleasurable. You can use weights ranging from an ounce or less to ones up to 3 to 5 pounds. Don't leave the weight on for too long if the guy isn't really used to it -- five minutes is probably tops.

CLAMP-ON TOYS:

You can use a variety of implements to clamp onto the penis and balls. I've seen doms use a whole bag of kitchen tools -- imagine walking into Williams Sonoma and asking, "so, do you think THIS would hurt clamped onto a guy's cock?" You can use those mesh balls used for straining tea, as long as the balls-to-be-clamped fit inside them. You can also get a tool used for cutting the top off of soft-boiled eggs -- it's a plastic ring with two handles that, when squeezed, make a short ring of pokey metal bits protrude inward. Slip that sucker over the penis and get good at giving the handle short squeezes when he's bad.

FLOGGING:

The cock and balls can take a good deal of hard, blunt flogging -- just try not to hit so sharply that it will damage the balls or compress the spongy tissue of the penis. Smaller, softer floggers are a good choice to begin with.

SLAPPING:

Yes, this too is acceptable. It's a good way to keep the guy alert and hard. Use the flat of your hand, not the side.

PIERCING:

If you already know about play piercing, it's possible to do temporary piercing on the cock and balls -- with a caveat. Don't put the needles through either the actual balls or the tissue of the penis. Instead, pull the skin of the penis up and away from the tissue, examine it to avoid veins, and put the needle through. You can also pierce the scrotum in the same manner. DON'T put the cock and balls in tight bondage and then pierce them, though -- the blood will be under a lot of pressure and may spurt out heavily once you take the needles out. If you've never done play piercing before, don't try it first on the cock and balls!

SENSATION TOOLS:

You can run a variety of objects over the cock and balls. You can use knives of various sharpness to scare your bottom or do a pretend castration scene. Usually you'll just want to run the flat of the knife over the cock and balls, not the edge. You can poke the penis with knife points, fingernails, and the like. Neurological wheels (they look sort of like pizza cutters but with points instead of a blade) are great. Don't forget non-painful toys too -- a makeup brush, satin scraps, and fur pieces all work well.

SOUNDS, CATHETERS AND COCK NAILS:

If done properly, urethral insertion can be an intensely pleasurable part of cock and ball play. The terror/queasy factor on urethral play is far higher than most other forms of cock and ball torture, however. You can buy long pieces of metal called sounds that are made specifically to insert into the urethra; you can also use long nails that have been ground down to be completely smooth. DON'T stick anything down the urethra that hasn't been completely smoothed!

Before inserting the sound or cock nail, grease it liberally with Neosporin. And I do mean liberally! Start slowly, just as in anal sex -- play with the urethral opening for a while until your subject relaxes. Carefully insert the sound. It's best to have a semi-hard penis for this process -- fully erect penises will close off the urethra, and soft ones don't give you anything to work with. Gently insert the sound or nail, being careful not to push it in if you encounter resistance. If the guy is relaxed enough, the sound should begin sliding in on its own. Never force it! If it won't go in, set it aside for another play session. You should keep a careful hold of it to prevent it from slipping in farther than you would like. Don't wiggle it back and forth; you can slide it gently in and out a bit for more sensation.

OTHER:

You can of course be creative about using your existing SM techniques on this particular area. Keep in mind that the cock and balls are tougher than most people imagine.
