WELCOME TO

The Website

Machiavelli's Aberystwyth Drama Review (as it was called when it began its life) started out in September 1999, as an independent review for Drama Productions in the Welsh town of Aberystwyth. We reveiwed each production as it was put on an gave frank opinions and views of our own upon them, inviting others to also state their views.

Which indeed they DID. Realizing the potential and growth of its humble message board beginnings the organizers decided that it was time to branch out. Machiavelli's Aberystwyth Drama Project was born. It's new site allowed us to hold regular discussions and votes on ALL elements and issues of Drama in Aberystwyth, as well as reviewing, and the site began to pick up popularity amongst students and staff of the University's Drama Department.

This which you see before you is Machiavelli's third incarnation, and actual web site, rather than message boards. In time we will house all of our past reviews, polls and discussions here, as well as future projects as and when they come. It's still under partial contruction at the moment but feels fre to view our reviews and polls, and also mail us with your thoughts through our feedback section.
