Put forth by Congressional Parliament.
In early March, Octavton and Zimbabmei signed free trade and non-aggression pacts. In the middle of March, Octavton cancelled the free trade pact after attempts to limit trade to four multinational corporations each failed. Zimbabmei then cancelled the non-aggression pact. For cancelling the free trade pact, Zimbabmei has ordered Octavton to cede all land, money, and people or face war by 5:00 PM MST on March 25, 2004.
Note that Octavton still falls under the protection of Congressional Parliament because it is a nascent country. This protection is valid if Octavton is not the aggressor in a war.
"Should the Defensecorps be deployed as soon as possible to protect Octavton from Zimbabmei?"
