RESOLUTION 30: "Be it resolved that the O-Index no longer has the ability to determine whether nations are Great Powers; instead, the 15 countries with the highest O-Index score are deemed Major Powers. The current membership in the Great Powers Forum is retained, and further changes shall be made in accordance to the current system. Do you agree?"

FORUM RESOLUTION 30: THE O-INDEX NO LONGER DETERMINES WHETHER NATIONS ARE GREAT POWERS. THE 15 COUNTRIES WITH THE HIGHEST O-INDEX SCORES ARE MAJOR POWERS. CURRENT MEMBERSHIP IN THE GREAT POWERS FORUM IS RETAINED WITH FURTHER CHANGES BEING MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT SYSTEM.
