Officers: Rank 0- Guildmaster- Responsible for a little of everything but mainly managing the guild. Current GM's: Greken, Chunky, Bristoll Rank 1- Grand Viscount- Second in Command- The Duke has all the responsibilities of the guildmaster and shares them equally. Current Grand Viscounts: Turigan, Barra, and Oceadric Rank 2- Soverign- This rank can organize RvR battles, promote, recruit, and have all other abilities that the GM has except to remove somebody from the guild. Current Lords: Gwelga, Rokgut, and Lowphar Rank 3- Premier- This rank can organize RvR battles, claim keeps, upgrade keeps, promote, and recruit. Current Counts: Dold, Zerkmatic Rank 4- Imperator- This is the first rank that can claim and subsequently upgrade keeps. Other Ranks: Rank 5- Abbot- Can recruit members into the guild, and can talk in Alliance Chat using /as command Rank 6- This is the first rank that may talk on the alliance channel. Rank 7- This is the first rank that may hear the alliance channel Rank 8- This is the rank to which new members will be promoted once it is felt they will fit into our guild. No new priviledges come with this rank with the exception of being able to participate in the Guild's powerleveling events. Rank 9- This is the beginning rank to which all new members will be assinged upon joining the guild. To advance from this rank, the member must show a willingness to group with, support, and assist guild members whenever possible. PROMOTIONS: The most common question I get is "How do I get promoted?" so, I will go in depth with ways that can help you gain the Ranks. There are several things that we look for when considering someone for a promotion: 1). Willingness to assist, support, and group with guildmembers when at all possible. 2). Attitude; if you are constantly whining about something, or expecting everything while giving nothing in return, do not expect to be with The Regime long, let alone receive a promotion. 3). Time with The Regime. 4). Level and Necessity; i.e., if you are a new recruit, but are level 40+, it is entirely likely you will be promoted almost immediately to rank 7 so you can at least hear, and will be on an accellerated track to rank 6 so you can speak on /as chat. 5). Participation in The Regime's scheduled and non-scheduled events such as DF raids, RvR raids, PowerLeveling sessions, etc,. |
