Cadfeal Llewellyn - Healer |
Born in 1088 Cadfeal was immersed in the religion of Nemesis since he could crawl. He was brought up in a moderately wealthy family and therefore had the benefit and privilege of an education. Having been a dedicated worshiper of retribution for the entirety of his lifespan (so far) Cadfeal decided to leave home at the age of ten and join a near-by monastery of Nemesis. Delighted, his family supported his decision and bid farewell to their beloved offspring. Cadfeal spent his first year at his new dwelling doing as the other monks did: praying, reading, writing and generally preparing himself for a life-long dedication to his ancestor. After a while he inquired about learning the art of tapping into the plane of life and using the energy gained to aid the wounded, having read about it in the libraries. An elder monk obliged him, and having shown great adept at the skill, spent the next two years practicing on fellow monks and peasants he passed on his many trips to a local village. Life was going generally well until Brother Llewellyn got wind of the fall of Nemesis. Shortly after these distressing rumours were aroused the monastery was besieged by anti-retribution crusaders and pillaged to the ground. Cadfeal escaped, barely with all his limbs, with a few other worshippers. Llewellyn made his way back to his hometown only to find that, it too had been incinerated by the crusaders. Depressed, hurt and enraged he took his fathers sword and began travelling across the lion’s lands. After roughly six months of wandering alone, he met up with a travelling party who introduced themselves and The Order of Nemesis. The candle of hope was once again alight at the knowledge of fellow retribution worshipers. For the past eight months Cadfeal has been wandering with the company of Malekai Ebonblade and the rest of The Order. |
