| Draidik hails from the small Village of Leziate, deep within the woods of Bawsey. As a young lad Draidik cared more for the simple things in life, from the trees and woodland around him to nature itself. But one cruel summers day that had seen the Leziate festival take place, where Draidik had been second to only the village drunk in the drinking competition, a frail old man arrived at the village square just as the festival was ending. The old man collapsed to his knees, his head lowered and the crowd fell silent. Johann, Draidiks best friend went over to help the old man up, but as he was about to grab the elderly man an arm reached out and grabbed Johannes head, the old man spoke in a twisted chilling voice, just three simple words, “Kill Them All”. At this Johann spun around, drew his dagger and began to slaughter those around him, in the confusion, Draidik could hear the words being said again “Kill Them All”; another villager had been overpowered by the mysterious old man. Draidik lost count that day of how many times he heard the old man say those terrifying words and how many bodies he saw before him. Within ten short minutes Draidik had seen almost his entire village die before his eyes, with little he could do to stop it. The one thing that really hit Draidik that day was that Johann had made his way through the crowd to Draidik and was ready to shiv’ him when Draidik drew his own dagger and thrust it into Johannes stomach. Draidik had to kill his own best friend; this is something he will never forget. Although Draidik had heard the elderly mans voice several times he had never seen him again after he had touched Johann. To this day Draidik searches for the old man, listening out for rumours and stories which may be of any clue to where or who the man is. On his travels in search of the mysterious old man, Draidik came across another band of travellers who were on their own quest for vengeance (though not with the same person). Draidik learned quickly the ways of the Ancestor Nemesis (Ancestor of Retribution) and took to making his goal the freeing of the imprisoned Nemesis so that she might help Draidik attribute his own retribution on the old man that decimated his birthplace. At the Second Moot,(hosted by the Lions, on Akamon) 1104, Draidik Bro left The Order of Nemesis following a heated discussion in battle with Sir Malekai. He was shortly follwed at the Gathering of Nations by Falrik Illand |
