5.01 - A Witch's Tail Part 1

In the beginning of the episode the Mermaid stabs the Hag and the Hag bleeds, however, every other time someone stabs her she doesn't bleed but seems to be made of water. Was it the surprise of the attack or dumb luck?
Leo said he'd been watching the girls since birth. How did he miss Patty's pregnancy with Paige?

5.02 - A Witch's Tail Part 2
When Piper gets cut on her stomach and on her shoulder, we just see her stomach get healed by her unborn daughter but what about her shoulder? After Piper's stomach is healed her shoulder is still wounded and in the next scene after Piper asks Paige about Phoebe like magic her shoulder is fine, but wait Leo didn't heal her since he had to help her sit up but neither did their kid cause then the show would have made it clear that Piper's baby also healed her shoulder as well.
In part one the sea hag has to persuade the mermaid to put the shell to end her immortaility but in part 2 the demon puts the shell on pheobe (the mermaid) himself.
When Phoebe was signing the divorce papers at the end of the episode, she spelt her name "Pheobe" not "Phoebe" as in she spelt her name wrong!
In earlier episodes (in season 4) it shows that phoebe and Cole's apartment is at the top of a building in the middle of a city. But, when Cole is talking to Warren in his apartment (and later Paige) you can see, out the window, that there is a beach and the sea as if it is on the same level and the apartment. How can this be?In part one the sea hag has to persuade the mermaid to put the shell to end her immortaility but in part 2 the demon puts the shell on Phoebe (the mermaid) himself.
Right after Phoebe orbs out of the dock with Leo so Necron wouldn't get her, he summons the birds. the camera goes to him then the birds and back to him......but while the camera is still on Necron and while he's telling them to find Phoebe you see bird shadows flying away when he hadn't even told them to leave yet.

5.03 - Happily Ever After
When the evil witch strangles the Keeper of Fairytales, there's blood dripping down where she grasps him around the neck. However when she drops him, there's no blood either on the corpse or on her hands.
According to earlier episodes, these 'Evil Witches', as they were called, are known as warlocks
Piper could have frozen the wolf when it attacked. She had enough time to scream!
When Piper puts her hand on the book, you can see the red rope behind it when the camera does a close up
At the beginning, Piper closes the book of fairy tales and in one shot she has her hands on the cover and in the next shot she has her hand between the pages
When the witch puts the apple in the fruit bowl two bananas are in front of it, but when Paige sees it one banana has moved to the side and the other has disappeared
Paige gasps before the Woodsman even comes into the room. Looks like she knew he was coming:)
When you see the glass slippers the first couple of times they are completely clear, but at the end they have sparkles on them
The ruby slippers have a different design when you see them in the beginning as when you see them at the end in the Manor.
Just after Phoebe, along with the carrage, horses and driver are turned into the pumpkin Adam Prince picks up the glass slipper that phoebe left behind. he then walks over to destroy the pumpkin and he is no longer holding the slipper, nor did he put it down or drop it or anything like that. How can this be?
When Cole freezes Adam and he picks up the pumpkin, it sounds as if the pumpkin is hollow, like a plastic fake.
When Piper and Leo orb in to the kitchen after finding the red cloak, they find that Paige is dead. But if you look at her chest in that shot, it slowly rises and falls as if she is breathing.
In the beginning when Piper is reading from the fairy tale book, both pages were filled with words. After Paige comes in, Piper closes the book, when she opens the book again, it is to a different page, where there is now a picture. But she continues to read where she left off, and now the words on the page match what she is saying.

5.04 - Siren Song
When Paige orbs out with Melissa, she is on the left side but when she orbs back in she is on the left side

5.05 - Magic Wears A Mask
When Cole and Phoebe are talking on the roof, the Tran pyramid Tower appears in the background behind them both when the flag is behind them, and when the camera angle switches to the reverse side so it'd be about where the flag is.
After phoebe changes into a superhero, you see the picture that the kid drew of the superhero witches. Then, when you see Arnon ripping up the picture turning the charmed ones back to their regular selves, it is a totally different picture.

5.06 - The Eyes Have It
When Phoebe has her "major premonition" she is clearly extending her left arm, but when the camera switches to inside her premonition she is extending her right arm.
When Lydia and Phoebe are swishing cups and then they empty out the water, you can clearly see that they also empted out all of the tea leaves. But when they start reading them, there is an abundant amount of leaves left in the cup.
When Leo tries to heal Lydia, even though she is dead, his hands don't glow.
When Orin kills the coroner, the bullet is shown in the cabinet before the hole appears in the guys body.
As we know Piper is self healing but when they are in the attic and piper throws the potion then the demon shoots her with the green thingy. She doesn't heal by her self, Leo had to heal her after.
When Phoebe sees a premoniton we see Piper, Paige and Leo next to the book but when Piper throws a potion we can see Eva next to Paige. When they go up to the attic Piper asks isn't that stupid to go to the place where Phoebe saw them dying and Paige said that they have something that was not in Phoebe premoniton and its Eva. But she was in her premonition or at least in what we can see.

5.07 - Sympathy For The Demon
When Piper is downstairs envisioning the demon attacking her and Grams and her father, her baby starts to hurt her stomach. When the camera switches to focusing on Piper, if you look carefully, you can see a window in the background. The window is not covered in bricks--it is just a normal stained glass window, one of the ones they have normally in the house.
After Piper goes back up to the attic and all the bricks go away, there is a small window behind that that still has bricks covering it.
When Grams is telling Victor about Piper's destiny to become a witch, Piper says she remembers.. Wasn't her memory erased by Grams when she bound her and her sisters' powers?
They say that Barbus has the Source's powers, but that's not true because he only has the powers that Cole picked up in the wasteland.. Those aren't the Source's powers!
When Cole throws an energy ball at Barbus, Piper and Leo are standing behind Barbus but in the next shot there is no one there.

5.08 - A Witch In Time
When Phoebe and Piper are running down the street for the second time to protect Miles, Phoebe runs down the street, and you can clearly see that she is wearing some furry cream colored boots. But, when you see her come into the scene, and Miles has been shot, she is now wearing black shoes!
When the show starts, you can see lots of ivy and blooming greenery on the front porch. But after the credits, when the camera pans to a brief view of the front porch, the front porch looks different (especially the left column which no longer has all the entwining vines).
When Leo orbs Piper to the alley she was just wearing her blue top, but when they get to the alley she has a black jacket on over it. So did she have time to grab her jacket mid-orb?
At the begining Piper froze the criminal, police, etc. when she unfroze it that people from the left appeared, but at the end of the episode, Piper didn't freeze time and that people also appeared.
How is that? I mean, Piper couldn't freeze all street. It took at least 3 min for Phoebe to take away gun. So that people had to appear 3 min after the shot but when Piper didn't freeze anything, they already appeared. If Piper didn't freeze anything that people didn't have to appear till at least 3 min.

5.09 - Daddy Dearest
While Paige and Phoebe are in the kitchen, and Phoebe is breaking the news to Paige that Sam is her father. Watch Paige's left shirt strap. One shot, it's up, the next shot, it's hanging to the side and you can see her bra.

5.10 - The Mummy's Tomb
When Piper and Cole were having their little battle Piper sends him flying. If you look closely it is a different guy who flew backwards.
-When Jerric mummifies the women, their heads and bodies are sprawled out but when they are mummies they're in perfect position.
When Piper and Paige go and visit Cole while he is having 'issues' and throwing energy bolts all over the place, the both walk in talking as loud as day, he throws an bolt at the mirror to rebound at himself, yet he only notices they are there a few moments later // When Piper comes in at the very and and the other two are having make overs, Piper puts down her brown handbag down and you can see it is obviously completely empty.

5.11 - The Importance of Being Phoebe
When Paige is having her mug shot taken at the police station, the camera switches from normal view to close-up several times. In the normal view, her green shirt (or whatever you call such a rag) is only on one shoulder. In the close-ups, the green shirt is on both shoulders.
When Cole goes to pick Phoebe up and put her on the bed, even though she's unconscious she puts her arm around him.
When at the end of the battle Phoebe lavitates and kicks that girl her head falls on the right side but when camera shows her again on the floor her head is turned left.
When Kia is saying "See, I am more looker then a talker" her hair is on her shoulder but when they show her again its not there anymore
Kia found a knife in the Phoebe's room. She then shimmered to kill Phoebe and found Cole. She putted a knife in her write leg pocket.
When they 2 were fighting, Kia took the knife from her left leg pocket.
When did she have time to change it?

5.12 - Centennial Charmed
When Paige is in the alternate reality talking to the alternate Phoebe in the kitchen of the manor, watch the up-close shots of Phoebe. She only has on her right earring. But when Darryl comes into the kitchen, and the camera angel goes wide, she's wearing both earrings.
They said Cole was 100 years old, on his B-day. In "Coyote Piper" she goes and finds out about his past and finds out he was born in 1885, which would make him 115 years old in season 3.
In Centennial Charmed Phoebe should have a kid if the Sear is still alive. In an earlier episode Phoebe found out she was pregnant and the Sear stole her baby and was killed. If Cole changed realities she never would have taken the baby and even if she did wouldn't the Sear be dead.
5.13 - House Call
When Paige is just about to go out and meet Glen, the roof falls on Pipers head and a little is on it, then they show Leo for a sec. Then piper and a big chunk is on her head
When Piper is cleaning the roof you can see the house move back and forth.

5.14 - Sand Francisco Dreamin'
Right before Piper, Phoebe, and Paige are getting ready to have Leo sprinkle them with dream dust so they can deal with their dreams in their unconscious state, Phoebe closes the door from the living room to the conservatory. But then when they show Leo getting ready to sprinkle them, the door is open.
When Phoebe is facing the masked person in the attic she jabs him with the pole and she drops it, then she looks at her stomach and she has the pole in her hand, and she falls down and it's on the ground by the masked guy.
5.15 - The Day The Magic Died
When phoebe is coming over to get the table ready for piper she puts the bag on the right side, but when it shows piper getting on the table it's on the left side and it keeps on switching back and forth.
It is between the scene when Phoebe and Paige are leaving the pizza place and when Cronyn is entering Piper's room. You can see a white thing that comes up on the bottom left of the screen while Cronyn is walking in the hallway.

5.16 - Baby's First Demon
When the Hawker Demon first attacks, Piper picks the baby up with the blanket covering his head. Then Paige puts her hand on his head while the blanket is still on it; then the camera shifts to shows his face and the blanket is suddenly off his head.

5.17 - Lucky Charmed
5.18 - Cat House
When Phoebe and Paige are in the attic at the end of the "Love Hurts" scene, Paige is on the left. Then when they're zapped into another memory, Phoebe is on the left.
When Phoebe and Paige she Piper dancing on the bar a different song is playing than the one they used in the actual episode.
When Paige and Phoebe are in the attic talking about the warlock, Paige says that Kitrina their inocent is from their past. Kitrina never told Paige her name.

5.19 - Nymphs Just Wanna Have Fun
5.20 - Sense and Sense Ability
In this episode when Leo walks in to the nursery and the Crone is about to pick up Wyatt The Crone Uses her power to throw Leo Up against the wall, He lands on his stomach about 1 -2 feet away from the door and then the camera shifts to the crone for about 3 seconds and when it goes back to Leo he is Laying on his side Not his stomach, and he is only about 5 inches away from the door not 2 feet.
When Leo fell out of the tank after Piper blew up the glass, Parts of Leo's shirt was dry.
Wyatt's blanket is constantly switching from the top of his head and off instantaneously.
How did Piper know it was a 'hag' (Crone) that had Wyatt? She couldn't see her and no one told her.

5.21 - Necromancing The Stone
When Grams and Piper start arguing - Phoebe: "What's going on?" Piper: "Grams hates her grandson, that's what's going on." Grams: "That's not true!" Piper: "Oh, right, sorry, you just hate MEN, is that it?" So the thing is that Grams and Piper refferred to the baby as Grams grandson, when in fact he is her great-grandson.
When Leo goes to talk to Piper in the room, he's holding Wyatt and Wyatt is asleep, then the camera goes to Piper and she says, leo what are you doing with the baby? I thought Grams was going to spend time with him. Then the camera goes back to Leo and Wyatt is wide awake.

5.22 - Oh My Goddess, Part 1
In the beginning of the show Phoebe tells Piper that after all these years you'd think we would get an air conditioner, but If you look back at season 3 with Prue they had air conditioning, because in the episode sight unseen Cole has to turn on the Ac and open up all the windows so they could see the demon who was supposed to attack.

5.22 - Oh My Goddess, Part 2
Wyatt's hair constantly changes from brunette to blonde throughout the episode.
When the Titans attacked the Goddesses at the Manor, you see a shot where Phoebe was flung onto a table. It crashed and she landed on her left side, on her stomach and face down. The camera then shifts to the Titans for mere seconds. When it goes back to Phoebe, you see that she's rising from her right side, face up instead.
