| THIS, is a disclaimer, presumably, to DIS-claim all that appears on the site, unless otherwise marked mine.The only people who own images posted on this site, are the bands and the actual photographers who took the photos. And Of course, whoever has bought rights to them. I'm a college student, so don't think sueing me is really going to get you anything. On that note. I do have a pet-peeve. And that, Folks, is fans putting their own personal website name/logo/initials on photos, whether or not they scanned them in. You don't own rights to the picture/photo/ad/interview, the band does, so techinaclly, by claiming the photo as your own, you're saying that you have financial rights to the band, and you do not. UNLESS you are or work for an organization or website who buys the rights to distribute the content with your logo on it FROM the band, then you wouldn't legally be able to stamp your logo/sign name to it. You may think that it is hypocritical of me to post images that aren't mine when I have no rights in ownership of them, but, however, this is what this page is for. I claim no ownership in any of the material, I do not place any distinguishing marks on it to say that it is mine, and I post it the way I found it. Most of the images and content on this site came from other websites. |
