Amy Rose first entered the freedom fighting scene when made a stand against Robotnik when he enslaved the people in her zone (she is a normal BROWN hedgehog now). One night she left her home to put an end to Dr. Robotnik's rein over her people, sneaked into his base only to find the doctor and his scientist grimer at work. They where trying to re-create the events in which sonic gained his super sonic speeds using a modified machine like Dr. Kintobors R.O.C.C machine. Amy decided to put and end to this so she shot the machine with her cross-bow. Robotnik realizing what was happening and who was making it happen in a fit of anger threw Amy onto the unstable machine. There was a small explosion and Amy emerged with enhanced fighting abilities and with sleeker pink spines. After Amy's success she got hooked up with sonic, her first most famous appearance was when she was kidnapped by metal sonic (MKI) and taken to the miracle planet, where sonic had to rescue her. Her abilities have improved she now has the ability to use a 'magic pico-pico style hammer'.
