Miles Prower the fox, nicknamed Tails because he strangely has two tails first entered the freedom fighting scene when he got hooked up with sonic. He met sonic when sonic landed on tails home on the illusion islands in his bi-plane the Tornado. When Tails first saw him he was intrigued by the blue hero and tracked him through the forest, sonic was aware of this but ignored him. Until finally sonic confronted Tails. Tails then started to follow sonic around and they eventually became friends. Because of Tails' passion for mechanics he fell in love with the Tornado. Tails has since followed sonic on many adventures and even had a few of his own.
