This page shall be under constuction for quite some time. As Steubenville is trying to grow with new things and additions.
We have the "CITY OF MURALS" project going on, and revitalization of the down town. I shall be adding pictues of our City and possibly the Murals. People come from many states over to view them, they are quite good.

WTOV hosts our local message board and chat room OV Family.
It keeps those from the Ohio Valley in touch with the local happenings and vents other feelings about local topics. I especially like to engage in the local Chat Forum, since people from all over the valley participate!
