					Holmes(y) has been back for a couple weeks now and we got our first gig in a while last Friday in the Bush Tavern along with Dawn, Rolling Thunder and Giveway.  We were only the opening band but It still was quit a sucess.  We made a few mistakes but no-one even noticed.  Also Willy broke a string that he wasnt even using and hadnt used all night!  Also The Zaney Bush is gone, we did not go to the bush when Holmes(y) was away, but when went to go back....there was a  fucking building it its place!  RIP the Zaney bush.                                                                                                        maRk 25/4/04
				The Tarks are currently Holmsey-less as he is on tour with the Dangerfields.  Sadly this does mean no giging for a month.. but we will continue to practise on our music and maybe even write a few more songs...  Tark it up..                                                                                                             Willy 15/2/04
			Our third gig was more of a success than the previous two.  It was our first gig with our newest lineup with both matt and holmes.  With this Zaney-fied line up we played with the old style creeping death and two other bands which i dont know... we came on 3rd and we played all the classics including 'we like beer' (twice due to popular demand) and 'lets go eat some fish' and we also played our two newest songs 'Another peado in jail' and 'Im the lad!!'  Even though we made a few mistakes and Johnny didnt know the song names we still played an excellent set.. i think we deserve an oscar.. or at least some new shoes                                                                                                            Willy 08/2/04
	We played our second gig at the retro along with Giveway and Involution last weekend.  We played very....well we played!  Willy was zaney to the max and Johnny and me were quite zaney ourselves.  We (basically) played a full original set.  Also Matty Watty is our new vocalist after a brilliant performance along with THE HOLMES!  So The Tarks now have a full zaney-fied line up!!                                                                                                            maRk 29/1/04
		We played our first gig a while ago, around the end of November me thinks, we didnt know we were playing till about an hour before the gig started and only having one practice before hand!  All i can remember is us being quite Zaney at the time and Leon singing and Stephan Kelly doing lead guitar!!!  It was all as crazy as the penguin that tried to eat my toe last night!!                                                                                                           maRk - 21/1/04
