"Dreamland" I dreamt of a land where I was happy. It was a place where I could just be me. No masks were needed in this place. People there actually saw my true self. I didn't have to knock down any walls; That land of dream had crumbled them. My feelings were easily read by all. I truly enjoyed that lovely dreamland. Never there did I wear my many masks. Perhaps, one day I'll find my dreamland awake. Megan Delia Ratcliff 25 August 1996 |
