| “Fireworks”
Fireworks are used to celebrate holidays and other events. The 4th of July is approaching and the fireworks stands are springing up right and left. Are fireworks worth the expense of money to be done on a small scale? I’m not sure that they really are, but the enjoyment fireworks cause may outweigh the financial concerns – if not the safety too. Fireworks lit up parts of the sky tonight on my drive to work tonight. They probably will for many days to come. Fireworks remind me of July 4, 1997, at Niagara Falls, Ontario, and fireworks over the falls. Megan Delia Ratcliff 28 June 2004 |
