"He's Waiting"

He's waiting on me again.
I fell off the path within
Due to the ever-present pull
To fill my life cram-jam full
Of sin and immorality.
This pull lacks reality.
My true friend is waiting
For me to stop participating
And begin dissipating acts
That lack any facts;
For He, my true friend and Lord,
Has dropped the punishment board
Because I am back on the path,
Which He truly and honestly hath
Lined with troubles and woes
To keep me on my toes.
Praise the heavenly Lord,
Who keeps His Holy Word.
