The Bombers
The Good Deed: Win the Bombers'  "Hide-and-Seek" challenge to gain membership to their club.
The Solution: At any time of the day, on all three days, pay a visit to the Bomber' leader, Jim, in North Clock Town. To gain his attention, pop the blue balloon he's playing with: You can do this as Deku Link with the Bubble Attack, but you must talk to Jim as normal Link to gain permanent membership in the club. Accept the challenge to find and tag the five Bombers before the morning of the next day. Two of them are in North Clock Town, two in East Clock Town, and one in West Clock Town. When you find them, you're granted a randomly generated "Secret Password" (one that is different for each person playing the game) and given the Bombers' Notebook as further proof of membership. The password written in the notebook is good for the rest of the game, so you can enter the underground passage to the Astral Observatory at any time without having to replay the hide-and-seek game.
The Reward: Bombers' Notebook and a permanent "Secret Password."

The Good Deed: Reunite Anju with her missing fiance.
The Solution: This tricky and time-consuming deed invloves many steps and the participation of many characters. It is also the backbone of many of the notebook-related subquests. How you choose to react to certain elements determines whose good deed you complete and what you get as a reward, you must perform the following tasks.*
Day One
10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Get the Kafei Mask from Madame Aroma at the Mayor's House.
At the Stock Pot Inn tell Anju that you have a reservation and get the Room Key.
1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
Talk to Anju while wearing the Kafei Mask. Promise to meet her in the kitchen that night at 11:30 p.m.
2 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
Meet with Amju in the kitchen of the Stock Pot Inn. Get the Letter to Kafei.
11:30 p.m.-5 a.m.
Put the Letter to Kafei in one of the Mailboxes.
12 a.m.-6 a.m.
Day Two
6 a.m.-12 p.m.
Put the Letter to Kafei in one of the Mailboxes (if you haven't already).
3:30 p.m.-10 p.m.
Talk to Kafei in the Curiosity Shop's Back Room. You enter this room from the Laundry Pool Area in the southwest corner of town. Get the Pendant of Memories to deliver it to Anju.
5 p.m.-9 p.m.
Give the Pendant of Memories to Anju.
Final Day
6 a.m.12 p.m.
Give the Pendant of Memories to Anju (if you haven't already done so).
1 p.m.-6 p.m.
Meet the Curiosity Shop Man in the shop's back room. Learn where Kafei has gone.
6 p.m.-7 p.m.
Meet Kafei outside Sakon's Hideout in Ikana Canyon. Help him steal his Sun Mask back.
4 a.m.-6 p.m.
Meet Kafei and Anju in the Employees Only Room in the Stock Pot Inn. Get the Couple's Mask.
* The following things will prevent you from completing this task: foiling Sakon's theft of the package from the Old Lady from the Bomb Shop (Day One 12:30 a.m. in North Clock Town) and failing to get the Pendant of Memories to Anju on time.
The Reward: The Couples Mask.

The Good Deed: Reunite Kafei with his fiance, Anju.
The Solution: When you solve Anju's problem, you solve Kafei's as well. Follow the instructions above.
The Reward: The Couples Mask.
Curiosity Shop Man
Not
Pictured
The Good Deed: Help Kafei and buy stuff!
The Solution: The Curiosity Shop Man plays a small but important part in the Anju and Kafei story line. He is also the source of many interesting stolen items, including an expensive but important mask. However, acquiring this mask is incompatible with the Anju and Kafei story line. To get everything you can from this man, you need to complete two separate events.
The Keaton Mask and the Special Delivery to Mama
Complete all of the steps in the Anju and Kafei story line up to the point where you meet the Curiosity Shop Man in the store's back room (Final Day, 1 p.m.-6 p.m.). In addition to relaying the message about Kafei's whereabouts, the Curiosity Shop Man has a few items for you, namely the Keaton Mask and the Special Delivery to Mama. The Keaton Mask is yours to keep, but the Special Delivery to Mama is used to complete two more good deeds: one by giving the package to the Postman and one by giving it to Madame Aroma herself.
The All-Night Mask
The Curiosity Shop deals in stolen merchandise given to the owner by Sakon or that thieving bird, Takkuri. When you don't present Sakon's robbery of the Old Lady from the Bomb Shop on the first night at 12:30 a.m. her package (a Bigger Bomb Bag) becomes part of the Curiosity Shop's merchandise. When you do stop the robbery, the Bigger Bomb Bag is replaced by another item, the All-Night Mask. The All-Night Mask is expensive (500 Rupees!) but you need it to complete a good deed for Anju's Grandmother.
The Reward: The Keaton Mask and the All-Night Mask.
Old Lady from the Bomb Shop
The Good Deed: Prevent Sakon the thief from stealing her package!
The Solution: Complete this fairly easy event the first night Link is freed from the Deku Mask's curse. Head over to the field in North Clock Town around midnight on Day One and you see the Old Lady from the Bomb Shop walking down the road. At 12:30, the thief, Sakon steals her package and tries to run away with it. This is where you come in! Chase the thief and hit him with your Sword, causing him to drop the package. After he's escaped, the Old Lady rewards you for saving her shop's new merchandise. You win the Blast Mask and the right to buy the Big Bomb Bag (the package's contents) on the following day at the Bomb Shop.
The Reward: The Blast Mask.

Romani

The Good Deed: Protect the cows of the Romani Ranch from "Them."
The Solution: To accomplish this good deed, you must be able to purchase and carry a Powder Keg as Goron Link. Use the Powder Keg to blow up the boulder blocking the path to Romani Ranch on Day One and then find Romani practicing her archery from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Take her test and learn Epona's Song (in effect regaining the use of your horse!) and then promise to help her defend the farm from alien invaders later that night. Return to the Ranch at 2 a.m. and keep the aliens from the barn (using your Bow) until after 5 a.m.
The Reward: A bottle of milk.
Cremia
Not
Pictured
The Good Deed: Protect Cremia's bottles of milk from thieves as she makes her Milk Run to Clock Town.
The Solution: This event comes to your attention once you've helped Romani defend the ranch from the aliens. Cremia, Romani's older sister and the ranch manager, is having problems with thieves breaking her bottles of milk. She's making another delivery to Clock Town on the Second Day at 6 p.m. and would like your company. Meet her at the barn at 6 p.m. on the Second Day and ride with her.
When the thieves come, use your Bow to keep them from getting too close to the wagon. If you survive the trip with at least one bottle intact, you'll get the Romani Mask as a reward.
The Reward: The Romani Mask.
Guro-Guro
The Good Deed: Listen to Guro-Guro's confession.
The Solution: Helping Guro-Guro is extremely easy. Look for him at the Laundry Pool between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Nights One and Two (you can't miss the noise he makes) and talk with him. Afterward, you earn the Bremen Mask.
The Reward: The Bremen Mask.

Mr. Dotour
The Good Deed: Save Mayor Dotour from the stress of his long meetings.
The Solution: This is one of the more cryptic deeds you undertake. Remember that Mr. Dotour, Clock Town's mayor is Madame Aroma's husband and Kafei's father. With that in mind, you should figure out that you need Kafei and Anju's Couple's Mask to complete Mr. Dotour's good deed. Wear it to one of his meetings at the Mayor's Residence (First and Second Days, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and the Final Day 10 a.m.-6 p.m.) and you'll soon have him smiling.
The Reward: A Piece of Heart.

Madame Aroma
The Good Deed: Find her missing son, Kafei.
The Solution: Solving Madame Aroma's good deed requires you to complete most of the Anju and Kafei story line events. First, visit Madame Aroma on Day One or Day Two between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. to get Kafei's Mask. Then, complete all of the Anju and Kafei events up to the point where you meet the Curiosity Shop Man and receive the Special Delivery to Mama. To win Madame Aroma's gratitude all you have to do is wait until after 10 p.m. on that Final Day and deliver the Special Delivery to her yourself at the Milk Bar, Latte (you need the Romani Mask to get in).
The Reward: Kafei's Mask, bottle of Chateau Romani.

Mr. Toto
Not
Pictured
The Good Deed: Help Mr. Toto perform a sound check at the Milk Bar, Latte.
The Solution: First, meet Mr. Toto, the famed manager of the Indigo-Go's, in Madame Aroma's parlor in the Mayor's Residence. To make his dreams come true, meet him between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. on the First and Second Nights at the Milk Bar, Latte after you've gotten the Romani Mask and the three transformation masks (the Deku Mask, Goron Mask, and Zora Mask). Perform a sound check with him as all four characters and the beautiful music makes both Mr. Toto and the dour Circus Leader, Gorman, extremely happy.
The Reward: The Circus Leader's Mask.
Gorman
Not
Pictured
The Good Deed: Put Gorman in a good mood.
The Solution: Very little makes Gorman, the Circus Leader, happy. However, if you perform a sound check with Mr. Toto at the Milk Bar, Latte as all four versions of Link on the first two Nights, the resulting sound cheers Gorman up immeasurably.
The Reward: The Circus Leader's Mask.
Postman
Not
Pictured
The Good Deed: Win the Postman's 10-second challenge and help him escape Clock Town.
The Solution: Helping the Postman is another multi-task event. First, talk to him in the Post Office on Day One or Day Two between 3 p.m. and 12 a.m. to take the 10-second challenge. Get the time exactly right (you can watch the time by wearing the Bunny Hood) and you'll win a Piece of Heart. Then, instead of taking the Special Delivery to Mama directly to Madame Aroma, take it to the Postman to deliver on the Final Night ( 6 p.m.-5 a.m.) and wait for him outside the Milk Bar, Latte. Before he leaves town for good, he surrenders his Postman's Hat to you.
The Reward: A Piece of Heart, Postman's Hat.
Rosa Sisters
The Good Deed: Help the Rosa Sisters create a new dance for the Carnival of Time.
The Solution: Talking to the Rosa Sisters doesn't seem to do anything, so you need to find a new tactic. Talk to Kamaro, a mask-possessed dancer found on one of the stone mushrooms outside of the North Clock Town exit every Night between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m., and see if he can help. With the Kamaro's Mask on, dance (B) in front of the Rosa Sisters in West Clock Town between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. on the First and Second Nights and success is yours!
The Reward: A Piece of Heart.

Person Living in the Inn's Restroom

The Good Deed: Give the poor hand some paper!
The Solution: A strange hand appears in the Stock Pot Inn on all three Nights between 12 a.m.-6 a.m. Talk to it and it requests a piece of paper. Give it a Land Title Deed or a letter and you'll get a prize in return. If you complete this event before you get the Bombers' Notebook, all you have to do is talk to the hand later and your success is recorded in the notebook automatically.
The Reward: A Piece of Heart.
Kamaro
Not
Pictured
The Good Deed: Release him from his spell!
The Solution: In the dark of night (12 a.m.-6 a.m. on all three Nights), you can find this dancer on one of the stone mushrooms outside of Clock Town's North entrance dancing in the moonlight. Play the Song of Healing for him and learn his dance. You can then teach it to others by wearing the mask he gives you and pressing B.
The Reward: Kamaro's Mask.
Anju's Grandmother
Not
Pictured
The Good Deed: Listen to Anju's grandmother's stories without falling asleep!
The Solution: This event sounds simple, but it's one of the last events you can complete. The stories that Anju's Grandmother tells you are extremely boring and put you right to sleep. So, you need to find something to help you stay awake, such as an All-Night Mask. Buy one at the Curiosity Shop and then listen to both of her stories. Answer the questions correctly and she gives you a reward each time.
The Reward: Two Pieces of Heart (one for each story).
Grog
The Good Deed: Help him see his chicks grow up into Cuccos before the end of the world.
The Solution: Do this event at the start of the game, once you are turned back into normal Link. First, get the Bremen Mask from Guro-Guro on one of the first two Nights in the Laundry Pool Area (SW corner of Clock Town). Then, on the Final Day, head over to Milk Road and the Romani Ranch where you find the Cucco Shack. Put on the Bremen Mask and walk around the shack while pressing B. This activates the mask's strange power to attract animals and make them grow up in the blink of an eye. Collect all 10 chicks to make Grog's wish come true.
The Reward: The Bunny Hood.

Gorman Bros.
Not
Pictured
The Good Deed: Defeat them in a horse race.
The Solution: We're not sure if beating the strange Gorman Bros. in a race really counts as a good deed, but you need to do it nonetheless. Visit them on any Day between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. once you've gotten Epona back and take their challenge. If you can beat them, you get an important mask. By the way, the fact that the Cremia Milk Run event shows up on their schedule should give you a good idea of who the Milk Thieves in town are.
The Reward: The Garo's Mask.
Shiro
Not
Pictured
The Good Deed: Help Shiro, the inconspicuous soldier, get his strength back.
The Solution: On the Road to Ikana, you find a ring of stones that needs closer inspection. Pull out your Lens of Truth and you find Shiro. Shiro has a special mask that makes him invisible to almost everyone and everything. If you bring him a Red Potion and nurse him back to health, he gives that mask to you. Shiro appears in this location (you need Epona's help to get there) 24 hours a day, every day.
The Reward: The Stone Mask.
