The Medford Lakes Booster Club will be selling Joe Corbi's pizza and homemade cookie dough kits throughout the year. The plan is to conduct sales during the fall, winter, and spring sport seasons. During each season, if you are a participant in a school sports program, you will be asked to participate in this fund-raiser.

The Booster Club raises funds to help school sports continue at Neeta. Also, it helps pay for uniforms, equipment, and sport facility maintenance and upgrades. We get to keep at least $5.50 for every kit we sell! This is a great opportunity to raise funds in direct support of your athletic programs.

We need your help to make this project a success !!! The goal is to have 100% participation (at least 1 kit or more sold) by each sport participant for each sport season. Remember to sell only to family and friends!

Today, you are receiving your pizza and cookie dough fund-raising forms. Please make every effort to sell these delicious pizzas and cookie dough kits. Return the white envelope order form by March 1, to Mrs. Carfagno.

The Athletic Booster Club of Medford Lakes. Turn in the white collection envelope, and keep the original order form until your order arrives.

You will receive information, at the conclusion of the fund-raising drive, on the location and date the kits will be ready for pick up.
