Deranged serial killer William Stacy enjoys finding new and gruesome ways of slaying young nurses. But he goes one step too far when he targets the daughter of grizzled cop Leo Kessler. Desperate to catch Stacy, Kessler plants false evidence on him, but is kicked off the force as a result. Undaunted, Kessler turns vigilante and goes after Stacy himself. And he's willing to do whatever it takes -- including break the law -- to stop Stacy from killing again.
