In a world of urban squalor and decay, police officer Jake Cornell becomes the prey in a violent game of cat-and-mouse. During a failed sting operation, a violent gang leader named Odin succeeds in capturing Jake. Then the thug gets his kicks by releasing the cop and sending his gang members on a manhunt. But what's amusement for Odin becomes a matter of life and death for Jake: he must escape the jungleground and reach his girlfriend before Odin's cruel henchmen murder her.
