CRITICAL COMMENTS | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
"Wrong-headed movie never connects, and leads to an unemotional and predictable finale." -- Leonard Maltin | "Rob Reiner has had an amazing string of hits. Unfortunately, this time he has missed -- and by quite a bit. The premise for North sounds flat, the previews look insipid, and, while the movie doesn't turn out nearly as bad as either would lead you to believe, it is still a lackluster production." -- James Berardinelli
"Zero Stars. North is one of the most unpleasant, contrived, artificial, cloying experiences I've had at the movies." -- Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun Times
