Australian cattle dog
The Australian cattle dog is a robust and strong sheepdog.
It was created in the beginning of the 1900th century, when it was necessary with an effective, fast and persevering dog too keep the big cattle herds in Australia under control. By crossing a collie with a Dalmatian, a bullterrier, an Australian wild dog and a dingo we have come to what the breed is today.

The Australian cattle dog is a very active dog that needs to use its head to something sensible. It's very easily learned, and full of initiative, and it always seems as it's on its way to somewhere. But it can have its own meanings and be very stubborn and peculiar. It can be sceptics to strangers, and if you let it, it looks after everything you own. The breed is little marked by sickness and is known to get old.
