| There are a lot of things I hate about this drawing. First of all, the scanner that put it on my computer is crap. The dark blue fading into the light on the side of the dress is supposed to be a dark violet (maybe t looks normal to you, it depends on your screen). I redid it in my actual sketchbook so that all the white lining and beads on the dress were silver. I need to re-scan the image in, but that's for another day. I covered up the black surrounding her lips with a nice pink gel pen. Right now she looks like she attacked her mouth with black lip liner. This butterfly dress has been a design in my mind for years. I've done so many versions of this dress. This idea is like a family member. I hope that everyone that sees this dress loves it, but not so much that they decide to copy it. I'm not psychic or anything, so I will probably never know if you did steal my idea, but BE RESPECTFUL. I'm an artist wth a free will and a violent protectiveness over my ideas, especially when someone's trying to steal them. Don't be a jackass. Don't steal my stuff. I can't do anything, but I'm sure the wrath of injustice will. |
