| 1. LANGUAGES Please remember that this is an English-speaking Forum, mostly. If you want to use Croatian please try to translate it or send the message with "CRO Message" added in the subject line. When posting in any different language please be respectful of the English and Croatian speaking readers and provide a translation for your message. |
| 2. SOMETHING ABOUT BEHAVIOUR ON THIS FORUM This is the most important issue addressed here, and the reason this is written. To avoid certain problems, which have arisen in the past, we kindly ask you to follow guidelines listed below: - Please be respectful of other's opinions, and do not make personal attacks on others. If an argument begins, carry it out through e-mail, not on the Forum. Disagreements are OK for discussion on the Forum, as long as they are addressed civilly and respectfully. - For clarity, please use only one name on the Forum. In that way, people will know whom they're talking to. You don't have to use your real name; any nickname will be OK. It is also recommended not to use real names because of strange visitors who are using Internet just for SPAM-ing and insulting people. Also realize this: Administration can tell when one person is using several names simply by checking the ISP of the senders. In addition to this, we are able to detect computer where message is coming from. - SPAM-ing will be treated strictly; it will be immediately deleted and a block will be placed on the SPAM-er's ISP. - Please do not insult other persons or their messages here; if you must take issue with someone, do it by e-mail, where she/he can respond to your concerns. - please do not deliberately try to start a fight with someone. This occasionally happens on message boards (including this one), and only demonstrates the sender's immaturity. - Off-topic messages are allowed, as long as they are not excessive, and majority does not object. Please mark them as OT. - Occasional swear words are tolerated though their use will be treated as insult (and message will be deleted) if some readers find it offensive. - insulting of actors is not tolerated. Please remember that there are people who read this Forum who are fans of ONE or ALL actor presented here. - Note that there is no need to include your e-mail address in order to send a message to this Forum. Also, if you want to leave your e-mail address please be careful. Use alternate e-mail so you can prevent SPAM-ing to your personal e-mail address. Using other's people e-mail addresses is very rude. - Please remember that we are discussing real persons (Tarik Filipovic, Rene Bitorajac, Lucija Serbedzija, Goran Navojec) here, and that they deserve respect. Sometimes agent or representatives read message boards and newsgroups dedicated to their client so don't say anything you wouldn't want that person to hear. When you post something to WEB, it is there (at least temporarily) for everybody to see. Also, if you know for sure (with presented proof) that some information on this site is wrong, please send an e-mail to Webmistress on sonia@net.hr or to the Administration on theatreexit@yahoo.com. REMARK: EVERYTHING MENTIONED HERE IS WORTH ALSO FOR THE GUESTBOOK ENTRIES!!! Also have in mind that every Guestbook entry is approved by this Administration before it is posted! |
| 3. WHAT IS SOMEONE'S MESSAGE IS REALLY OFFENSIVE FOR YOU? WHAT CAN YOU DO? E-mail the Administration. The Administration regularly monitors this board and will delete any obviously offensive messages. But if there is something bothering you, please let us know via private e-mail (NOT by putting a message on the Forum). We will review the complaint, and let you know, via e-mail, how situation was handled. All complaints will be kept strictly confidential. |
| 4. IS THERE A POSSIBILITY FOR YOU TO BE BLOCKED FROM SENDING MESSAGES TO THIS FORUM? YES. You can be blocked from posting on this Forum. being blocked from the Forum is a very serious action, which will only occur if there is one of earlier mentioned reasons (see No.2) Before being blocked, the one who will be blocked will receive warning that his/her behaviour is unacceptable. this will allow the sender to make amends or to provide a sincere apology. If after the warnings, the sender continues the unacceptable behaviour, than his/her ISP will be blocked. |
| 5. PRIVATE MESSAGES FOR ACTORS! To the best of our knowledge, these people have never visited this site. Please do not send private messages for them. You can contact them by sending snail-mails on the addresses of their theatres or theatre groups. |
